What challenges were you looking to address?

“Our communication to parents and carers was not good, the text messaging service in place was substandard and no longer met the needs of the school.”

Why did you choose Parentapps?

“Great design, easy to use. An app that would develop with the schools needs as the business grew. We found out about Parentapps via word of mouth and after having a chat with Kira I knew this was the company for us.”

What’s your favourite feature?

“We have used the booking system which is great! Much easier than having parents call the office to make appointments or have them manually filling in slips!”

Training is great, easy to follow. I feel at ease using the system and occasionally call for help.

What impact has Parentapps had on your school?

“At first our parents were hesitant due to being new, once on board I would safely say they enjoy using the app as we have a high number of users signed up. It’s had a positive impact, the school is now paperless, messages and information are instant and enables the school to see that parents have indeed received information! The way the school has adapted to using the tech on offer has made all of our lives so much simpler yet effective.”
